AML and KYC Policy

Invest does not allow the Platform to be used to hide the origin of money, to finance terrorism or to commit fraud. We follow a risk-based approach to know who our customers are, understand their activity and report suspicious activity where the law requires it.

Before an account can use certain features, we verify the person behind it. Verification is done in levels, and you only need to reach the level your activity requires:

• Identity: legal name, date of birth and a valid government-issued photo ID.
• Address: a recent document showing your name and residential address.
• Source of funds: your occupation and where the money you invest comes from, for higher amounts.

We monitor transactions for activity that does not match what we know about an account, such as unusually large or frequent deposits and withdrawals, rapid movement of funds in and out, or the use of third-party payment accounts.

• Ask for more information or documents.
• Delay or decline a deposit or withdrawal while we review it.
• Restrict or close an account.
• Report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities, without telling the customer where the law forbids it.

Accounts may not be opened for, or used by, anyone other than the verified account holder. Deposits must come from, and withdrawals go to, payment accounts in the account holder's own name.
