Refund and Withdrawal Policy

A deposit is credited to your account once the payment has been confirmed by the payment provider or, for manual payments, reviewed by our team. Payments must come from an account in your own name. Deposits sent with the wrong amount, currency or reference may be held for review.

• A deposit that has not been used can be returned to its original source on request, less any non-refundable provider fees.
• Funds committed to an investment plan, staking or a pool follow that product's terms and cannot be refunded before maturity unless the product allows an early exit.
• Deposits we cannot accept (for example from a third party's account) are returned to their source where possible.

• You can withdraw available balances to payout destinations you have added to your account.
• Withdrawals may need your transaction PIN, a one-time code and identity verification, and may be reviewed before they are paid.
• Minimum and maximum amounts, fees and processing times are shown before you confirm and on our Fees page.
• New payout destinations and recent security changes (such as a new password) may start a short security hold.

Most withdrawals are processed within the time shown for the payout method. Bank holidays, network congestion, provider delays and compliance reviews can extend this. You can follow the status of every request in your account.
